NEW For contractors and service firms in Singapore

Run your company from your phone.
Built by a contractor who runs his own on it.

Quotations, delivery orders, site photos, worker passes, claims and payroll in one system, on a server you own. You ask; it answers with the source. Nothing goes out until you tap.

Where the week goes

Good work on site. Lost money in the paperwork.

5–7days→1day

RFQ to quotation

Priced from your rate card and past jobs, numbered from the register, waiting for your approval.

3hrs→10min

Completion report

Photos already filed to the job and stage, so the report builds itself in the client's own format.

3days→½day

Payroll each month

Timecards read, overtime worked out, CPF and levy by worker status, a payslip for every worker.

Illustrative figures for a small specialist contractor. Yours are measured before we start and reported every month.

What it does

Five departments. You start with the one that leaks most.

Outcome

    Does it alone

      Waits for your tap

At Fiber Tech the archive, the registers, enquiry scoring and the health checks run by themselves; quotations, claims, payroll and debtor checks are done by Claude following written rules, with the owner approving. Some workflows shown here are built new for each client and priced that way.

        See it run

The office on one screen. The company in your pocket.

Pick the trade closest to yours. Every company here is made up. Tap a question on the phone and watch what the system does.

        What the system did

          What you buy

A scope you can sign. Not "AI transformation".

Every department is written like this before work starts. If it is not on the page, it is not in the build.

          Department
          Operations & billing

Every site photo filed to its job within a minute. Every finished job billed within two working days of the signed site report.

          Acceptance test

One real job, first photo to invoice: every photo on the right job and stage, delivery order and invoice numbered from the register, ready for approval within two working days, and zero numbers typed by hand.

          Two minutes · no email

Find your first department before you talk to anyone.

Six questions. You leave with a named department, three workflows and a draft acceptance test to bring to the call.

          Question 1 of 6

          How a job runs

From one job mapped to a department running, in about six weeks.

          1. Week 0

            Diagnosis

Half a day following one job from enquiry to payment.

          2. Week 1

            Your rules

Thirty questions on how you run the company. Server set up.

          3. Weeks 2–5

            Build on real jobs

One workflow at a time, shown to you every week.

          4. Week 6

            Test and hand over

It passes the signed test. Your office trained in an afternoon.

          5. Monthly

            Run and grow

We watch it, fix what breaks, add the next department.

          What it costs

Three lines on the bill. You can read every one.

          01

          Fixed build fee

Per department, agreed before we start, with the acceptance test written in. No day rates.

          02

          Running costs at cost

Your server and AI usage billed as they come. No mark-up, every line visible.

          03

          Monthly run you can stop

Stop any month and keep everything. It is on a server in your name.

          Nothing sent without you

Replies, claims and reminders are drafted and parked.

          Nothing deleted by it

It files, archives and flags. Deleting is yours alone.

          Money never moves

No payment or transfer is ever made by the system.

          Every number from a register

Two documents can never share a quotation, invoice or DO number.

          Every answer with its source

When it could not check, it says so.

          Your server, your files

In Singapore, designed with the PDPA in mind.

          Who is behind it

An owner first. A supplier second.

The owner wrote the rules. The machine follows them. When a rule is wrong, we have already felt it on site, in a claim or on payday.

Samuel Ong owns Fiber Tech Solutions Pte Ltd, a Singapore contractor since 2007. The core of this system runs his company every day. The parts built for your trade are new work, and priced as new work.

          Running at Fiber Tech today

          • Documents scanned, read, titled and filed overnight
          • Quotation, invoice and DO numbers only from a register
          • Site photos from WhatsApp taken into the archive
          • Payroll prepared from timecards with Claude, a payslip per worker, approved by the owner
          • Debtors checked across five bank accounts
          • A morning health check, alerts within the hour

          Before you book

          Questions owners ask.

Do my workers need a new app?

No. Supervisors keep sending photos and voice notes on WhatsApp, in their own language. The office gets one small dashboard.

          Where does our data live?

On a server set up for your company, in Singapore, with your records as plain files you own. Workers' records never go into a public AI tool.

What if it gets something wrong?

Nothing reaches a client without a person, nothing is deleted, money never moves. Every action is logged with what it read and who approved it. You correct a rule once and it is written in.

Our town councils and main contractors each want their own format.

Claims, delivery orders and reports are built in the format each one expects. Where a portal has no connection, the system prepares the file and a person uploads it.

          Can you guarantee a saving?

No, and nobody honest can. We agree what will be measured before we start and report it every month. If the first department does not earn its place, we do not sell you a second.

Bring us the three things eating your week.

Send the scope from the two-minute questions and those three things in one email. We will tell you plainly which one goes first and what it costs.

          • A claim that is already late
          • The same quotation, typed again
          • The photo you can't find
          Send us an enquiry

This page sends nothing by itself and keeps nothing. We read every enquiry ourselves.
